If your appliance is already showing an error screen with a QR code, just aim your phone at it now.

Otherwise, open the diagnostic menu on the appliance:

1. Turn all burners off.
2. Long-press the screen.
3. Tap Settings → Contact support.

Or scan the serial QR on the product or its box.
